Pipe Inspection & Lining

The Best in Modern Plumbing Techniques

Pipe & Sewer Inspection

Our advanced plumbing tools give us the ability to see underground to diagnose and locate problems. We use robot, video and camera technology to inspect your pipes, giving us a clear picture of what these pipes look like on the inside and where the problems reside. Our Sonde locators pinpoint the exact locations where underground lines run, taking the guesswork out of sewer and water pipe location. If you have a broken drain, leaking or stopped sewer, give us a call.

Our team will analyze detailed information from our inspection and inform you of repair and replacement choices. Some of the best, fastest and least disruptive plumbing repair options are known as trenchless, or “no dig” pipe relining and replacement solutions.
Pipe Repair & Replacement

No Dig Pipe Repair & Replacement

The days of digging up yards, foundations, streets, sidewalks, buildings and landscaping are quickly coming to an end. Carl Holley Plumbing can repair and or prevent problems with sewer relining or coating.

Modern technology has allowed us to take full advantage of the pipes already in the ground. If your sewer pipe has been compromised, we can rehabilitate it with a variety of relining approaches that don’t require disturbing the ground or floors beneath structures. This is especially important for landscape, building remodels and historic building preservation, where maintaining the integrity of the lawn and buildings are paramount.

Recurring sewer stoppages and backups are a good indicator that something is wrong further down the line. Invading tree roots that block the flow of water are often the culprit. No dig, trenchless pipe and sewer repair options are great solutions to this and other problems, and make repair inside buildings, under slabs, or in the yard much easier and less disruptive.

Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP)

Our cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) relining is a fast, economical and effective solution that usually takes less than a day. This trenchless sewer relining technology is installed after the pipe is fully cleaned using either water jetting or a mechanical cleaning process. The next step is preparing and placing a long epoxy-filled tube within the existing pipe, then inflating an interior bladder to position the epoxy to the outside of the pipe. Once cured, this lining creates a strong “tube within a tube” that is designed to last for decades.

Pipe Coating

Do you have old cast iron drainage pipe under your house or building? This old material can crack allowing sewer gas to escape or water and roots to enter your sewer system and cause problems. We descale and coat your old corroding pipes before installing a new epoxy coating to the inside. This hard epoxy fills in the gaps and corrects the problems of the old pipe. As it solidifies, it permanently seals cracks, making the sewer system leakproof and as good as new without cutting up your floors or digging through your landscaping.

Pipe Bursting

Do you have a separation or collapse in a yard line? Maybe you don’t want to cut up your driveway or kill that big beautiful tree in the yard. We can pipe burst a new sewer line through your old line without making a mess and tearing up your prized yard and landscaping.

Pipe bursting sounds like something you want to avoid, but it is a modern plumbing technique that takes advantage of the existing pipe, going through the path it has already cut beneath the ground to pull a new, seamless plastic pipe though the existing channel. Once the problematic section of pipe has been identified, only two small pits need to be dug at either end to facilitate the repair.

Carl Holley Plumbing has the tools, experience, and professional staff to do a video survey, locate the problem, and repair your sewer system without the major destruction and costly repair that used to be required.
